How to request a refund

Email contact@farolconsulting.com with your order details (the email address used at checkout and your receipt or order number). We'll process eligible refunds back to your original payment method.

Eligibility window

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we ask that you let us know within the 14-day window. Refunds requested after 14 days may not be eligible.
