Getting your product

The moment your payment clears, we email a download or access link to the address you used at checkout — usually within a couple of minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder first.

Quick answers

  • Didn't get your download? Give it a few minutes and check spam. Still nothing? Email us with the address you used and we'll resend it right away.
  • Link expired or not working? Email us and we'll send a fresh one.
  • Used the wrong email at checkout? Tell us the address you meant to use and we'll get your product to the right place.
  • Bought a single product but want the bundle? Email us and we'll sort out the upgrade.
  • Trouble accessing Compass? Send the email you purchased with and we'll restore your access.

Refunds

If a product isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you — no interrogation. Just include your order details.
